BLACK COPPER ships worldwide. Every order is carefully packaged to arrive in the condition it left us — prints are rolled in protective tissue and shipped in rigid tubes or flat mailers; framed works ship in reinforced boxes with corner protection. We work with carriers and packaging partners that meet our sustainability standards, prioritizing recycled and recyclable materials throughout.

Processing and Delivery

Print and framed orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery timelines from fulfillment:

United States: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom and Europe: 3–5 business days

Canada and Australia: 5–10 business days

Rest of world: 7–14 business days

Publications and merchandise ship within 3 business days. Tracking information is provided for all orders via email upon dispatch.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees assessed upon delivery. These vary by country and are outside BC's control.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please refer to our Returns policy and contact sales@blackcopper.org within 10 days of delivery with your order number and documentation of the damage.

All sales are final. BLACK COPPER does not offer refunds or exchanges on non-defective orders. Prints, frames, and custom artwork orders are produced to order and cannot be restocked.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or inaccurate, you may request a replacement within 10 days of confirmed delivery. For artwork and print orders, if a replacement is not possible, a refund may be approved at BC's discretion. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, or you may opt for non-expiring purchase credit.

To submit a request, contact sales@blackcopper.org with your order number and documentation/images of the issue. Requests submitted after 10 days of delivery will not be accepted.
