AKINDELE JOHN

Akindele John is a figurative painter and Black Metaphoric artist based in Lagos, Nigeria. His practice centers on people from Africa and the African diaspora, working across charcoal, liquid acrylic, and painting to render subjects in vibrant, expressive color. He has developed an international exhibition practice as a full-time studio artist.
